Open-toe hotel slippers with a separate insole layer and an outer sole. The upper is first stitched to the insole layer; the outer sole is then added and secured with a second stitching stage.
Insole layer: cardboard or 3 mm EVA.
EVA outer sole: 4 mm as standard; 3 mm, 5 mm and 6 mm options available. Final specification confirmed in the quotation.
Common slipper lengths: 28 cm and 31 cm; other sizes on request.
Packaging: each pair in a self-adhesive PP bag as standard; paper band packaging is also available.
Minimum order: 1,000 pairs. Production lead time is agreed according to the manufacturing schedule.
